Although born in Fresno, California, Jeff spent his early years in the Pacific Northwest where he studied oil painting. After moving back to California in 1969, Jeff was introduced to pen and ink drawing and later intaglio printmaking. Jeff received an AA Degree in business and studied art at Fresno State University. During his first years in business, Jeff sold hundreds of his etchings at art shows throughout California. Jeff is known foe his detailed use of etched line and his multiple plate intaglio process. He has also gained recognition for his original watercolor paintings...
