- Purchaser is responsible for all shipping and transferring costs through Ranch and Home.
- A $30.00 transfer fee per firearm will be collected by Ranch and Home at the time of transfer.
- Purchaser is required to transfer firearms into the name of the registered bidder/buyer only.
- Payment to Booker Auction must be completed before background processing will be available.
- If purchaser fails background check and is declined transfer, no refund will be issued on purchase of firearm.
- Purchaser must comply with all FFL regulations in addition to Booker Auction Company’s terms and conditions
