Antique Early 1800's Religious Sick Room Receptacle, with shadowbox framed glass having a reverse painted Madonna and Jesus. Blessed Be Thy Holy Name with a hinged box having the Last Supper . This box contains a glass bottle with cork and a raised cork on the reverse and wording on the front "For Holy Water Keep Constantly Filled". The interior is paper lined Last Supper Viaticum (a term used especially in the Roman Catholic Church for the Eucharist (communion) administered, with or without anointing of the sick, to a person who is dying, and is thus a part of the last rites).
