Winning bidder of this lot will have an extended removal deadline of Sept 15. A refundable deposit of $3500 will be collected at the time of invoicing and returned upon proof that the building has been left empty and undamaged or upon delivery to the auction company of an executed lease for the space. A per diem rate of $129.50 will be charged for any days beyond Sept. 15, 2020 until Sept. 30, 2020 until the above conditions are satisfied. Assets not removed or under a valid lease by Oct 1 will be deemed abandoned.
